Oh my my! The body shop has the products which makes my skin amazingly good and glowing without much of an effort. Although I’ve had couple of misses in the past from TBS, but there are products which I absolutely love and swear by. One of them being the TBS Ethiopian honey deep nourishing mask. I just can’t get enough of it. The mask is one of my faves from TBS and it’ll continue to be unless the company stops manufacturing it.

So now you know this article will serve just one purpose- my love confession about the Ethiopian honey deep nourishing mask. So why to wait any further.

My experience

I’ve super sensitive skin, unfortunately prone to breakouts & redness. So trying out any new product is always a gamble for me. Either it is going to make my skin fabulous or a complete disaster. This also encourages me to know my brands wisely and then be loyal to those. As I have used and liked TBS products earlier, so trusting this was not a big deal. But I wasn’t expecting the results. After the first application only, this mask makes my skin smoother, softer and glowing. I kept on touching it and since then I’ve always had this mask in my kit.

Conclusion:

Pros:

  • Its 100% vegetarian. I dont think we need another reason to buy it 😉.
  • It works really well to soothe sensitive skin.
  • There are no parabens, paraffin, silicone or mineral oil.
  •  It is perfect product to be used as a mask as a final step in a facial.
  • It is definitely replenishing, comforting and moisturising. It prevents dryness and helps improving the elasticity of the skin.
  • My skin felt hydrated, nourished and softer after the first use only.
  • It smells natural, not like any perfumed product which may be a turn off for some, but I really appreciate this effort by the body shop.
  • It dries quickly after the application which makes it ideal to use even when you’re running out of time.

Cons:

It is a little runny and messy with as I said natural smell, but if you can turn blind eye to those, you skin is going to look great.

Yay or nay

Seriously?? Its never going to be otherwise. A big big biggest yay! If you haven’t invested in it, now is the time. If you have dry, normal or combination skin, I do recommend the British Rose mask too, but if we talk results-wise, this Ethiopian honey mask takes the cake 😍

So I hope you like today’s article.

I’ll see you soon.
